Horrible! Perhaps one of the worse lounges I've been. Specially for buissness class passengers. The food was cheap looking. The space hot & ugly. The staff perhaps was the only good thing. Friendly & attentive.

Quiet and comfortable place to relax before flying. Food and drinks were good but in limited choice.

This used to be my airline of choice to Europe but they have cut service as well as staff. The lounges are no longer the highest standard - not terrible just no longer great. The cabin staff runs hot and cold depending on mood I guess. The uneven level of pleasantness is a put off. I would rather flyer someone else.

Lufthansa lounge is great. Big variety of hot and cold meals. Good choice of drinks.

Very comfortable lounge. The seats are large and comfortable. Plenty of charging plugs to recharge ready for long flights. Good variety of food and drinks. Staff friendly and helpful. One of the better lounges

Basic airport lounge. However, the quality of food was pretty bad in comparison to others. Services were mixed, some were very helpful while others were chatting loudly and ignoring customers. No managers seemed to be present.
