The gentleman who came to my house was very efficient & knowledgeable. He was also very courteous & took the time to ensure I knew what he’d done. He even suggested I contact the manufacturer of my door to see if I was entitled to a replacement lock. I probably wouldn’t have thought to ask about that, so I really appreciated his advice. It showed that he had my best interest in mind. That’s pretty rare these days! I will definitely call again, if I need future services.

The prices are to high they charge a 29 service fee but when the guy came out he try to charge me 120 dollars
Absolutely no problem with making duplicate keys. I often have problem with the keys that I purchase at some of the hardware store. But KeyMe keys always work. I wish they were located more places within the county that I reside in.
