My family has had our Subaru serviced here for its entire life. Fantastic service every time. This past service, I had a Thule on top of my car and had trouble getting it open (it was a bit beat up and old). I asked Van if they could try to open it. They did, but when I went to pick up my car the Thule was no where to be found! There was a miscommunication and the Thule was accidentally thrown away. Van promptly offered to replace the Thule for free, and two days later I had a new Thule. Accidents happen and Van (John) did everything to make it right. If you treat them well they will return the favor. I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled given the level of service.

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new 2021 Subaru Outback. The value of my trade and the price of the new car were arranged to my satisfaction over the phone. The car was ready when I arrived. It had several extra-cost accessories installed that I was not charged for. There was a bit of a wait (45 minutes) for the paperwork guy, but it was a terrible winter day, and some employees had not showed up. Thankfully, we were not high-pressured into service contracts and extended warranties. In fact, they threw in 3 years of maintenance for free after the deal was done. Very pleased with my experience at Van Subaru.
