I was looking for a snowboard bag to bring my gear on a plane and they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I would suggest ordering more styles of snowboard bags. Very friendly customer service!

I walked in looking for new boots and walked out with an entire new setup. I highly recommend Rick and Alpine Ski. They take the needed time to fit you right. Ricked helped me out with finding the right boots for me. He made some quick measurements and suggested the boots. They didn't fit 100% so he heat molded them to fit me better. I was so impressed with the recommendations I bought new skis. He said I would love these based on my ski style and how much work I was putting into my 11-year-old set and he was right. The new skis and boots are amazing. I'm skiing like I did when I was 20 year younger. The boot are very comfortable and the skis are great.

I recently purchased my boots from this shop and my goodness where do I begin. They were very knowledgeable and kind when greeting me. I by no means felt overwhelmed when trying to find the right fit and finish of what I was seeking. They were very professional and got me situated perfectly. I’m definitely going back to these guys if I need something else!

Went to buy a winter snowboard jacket lady said she would look it up for me spent 30 minutes waiting while she fiddled with the computer, I walked around and saw she was doing emails not looking for a jacket in a bigger size. I'll never go back also found it cheaper online. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying. Bad service higher than normal prices take your money and time elsewhere.
