Great caring vets and techs. All very professional in everything they do with your pets. I've been bringing my pets here for years and will continue bringing my babies here. If you have an emergency they go out of their way to help you immediately. Also like how they're handling the pandemic. No contact. They pick up your pet from the car, treat them for reasons you came, and return your pet to the car. You're not the \bad guy\ when shots are involved. Everyone is extremely nice and polite and I wouldn't take my pets to anyone else. They get to know you and your pets. Best vets in this area.

Many offices seem more dog oriented so I was very happy to see they are super cat friendly. Staff treated our geriatric cat like he was a king and we were very satisfied with the care and recommendations. Update Jan 2021 (for visit during summer 2020): when our buddy needed to cross the rainbow bridge, I felt the process was a little callous, probably because it wasn't Dr. Charlene who took care of us. For this reason I deducted a star.

I could not get my 15 year old dog a sick appointment with his regular vet so I called Wayne Heights Animal Hospital. They saw him the next day even though he was a new patient. Unfortunately we had to make the excruciating decision to say goodbye to him. Everyone at the office was so compassionate and wonderful during the whole process. I am very appreciative to the staff for their kindness.

Wonderful place to take your animals, very friendly and caring staff. Love Dr Charlene she is wonderful person. They treat your animals just like their own. I would not take my animals any where else. I give them 10 stars or more.

Dr. Charlene is an experienced vet who took the time to examine and carefully diagnose my sick cat. It’s clear that she really cares about her patients and their people. The staff are friendly and helpful and make visits enjoyable.
