This place is super disorganized. My advise is stay away from here. My father was recently there and every time I would call they were clueless as to where he was and would never be able to find him on their system. Once he was discharged, he was never given a list on the medications he was taking nor were his prescriptions called in to our pharmacy. I had to call back to get that info and even then they were useless. They were also supposed to coordinate in-home services after discharge but still waiting to hear on a start date. Just do yourself a favor and avoid the stress of dealing with such a mess.

My stay at the WPC was pleasant the staff was like family they all went out of their way to make my stay pleasant physical therapy was great they got me up on my feet last then 2 week the social worker Ben Massimo gave me full service from start to helping with a home health aid and therapy at home I can't say enough for the loving and caring staff thank you very much

Excellent staff, excellent care. My mom was there last year for 1 1/2 month. Celli, a great Social Worker. Nurses were great. Yesenia, Office staff dear to my heart. Thank you for all your hard work towards mom and all the patients that were there while we visited mom :) Mom passed away on 5/3. Thank you for your hard work and commitment. May she RIP now in Heaven. Many blessings to y'all.

My brother Eric was there for several weeks after terrible care at a Yonkers hospital. It is truly miraculous the positive changes made during his stay . Few people want or like to be in his situation, but the excellent staff here made his stay as good as possible. The nursing and therapy staff were great in every way. Would you believe that he said on several occasions that the food was great, even being on a restricted diet. My compliments to each at this facility. Thank you all. Carl L
