This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. There is no communication between departments; so, your loved one gets lost in their chaotic shuffle. ONE HORRIBLE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER. IT became a part time job just to keep my mom safe. My sister and I were on the phone with them every single day trying to clear up problems. We took her out after 3 short months. PLEASE, BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, DM ME IN FB. I would be happy to fill you in on the awful details of my mom's BEYOND AWFUL stay at this TERRIBLY ILL RUN FACILITY.

We have our sister that has MS at Windsor House. The facility is very nice. She's has a great roommate. When she comes out of her room, she's near a nurses' station. The staff and social worker are great. They have transportation and do a great job getting her for medical appointments.

This facility is awful. They heard the residents like cattle and put them in front of a tv for hours. Think long and hard before you send a loved one here

My husband,Mel, was well taken care of and many times went above and beyond what was needed. I was there almost every day and at different times and it was always clean and they were always very helpful
