I am very impressed with the staff of Locks & Keys, Inc. The employees are very helpful and super friendly. They have a huge selection of locks and were very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to educate me on several items. I highly recommend this locksmith and I will definitely use them for all my locksmith related needs in the future.

everything was very professional - great customer service and was very fast. john was out in less than an hour and knew exactly what the problem was. i would highly recommend locks and keys!
I had them come out and rekey a lock so that the deadbolt and the knob would be the same. After changing the key the lock didn't work. Instead of fixing the lock , he wanted to charge me labor to replace it. I worked fine before he \fixed\ it.
Literally came back to my home to flip out when my credit card unaware of myself declared fraud. I live alone. I have never been more terrified horrible, horrific service. If I could rate this below stars I would. I don’t even ever create posts. That’s how horrified I was.
I recently moved into a parsonage outside of Boston as I'm the new pastor at a local church. The locks and some of the doorknobs needed to be fixed or changed so I contacted Locks & Keys, Inc Locksmiths. The individual who answered the phone was extremely gruff and rude. But I decided to go with it and see if the person they were sending out would be good. Everyone has a bad day, right? The gentleman that came out to look at the locks was friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He said he was going to get back to me about an estimate for the work. I was feeling pretty confident that things were going to work out despite the rough start. But I never got a call back with an estimate. That was about a month or more ago. UPDATE: I got a call from the owner and it turned out that something got lost in the process. He sent someone back out to get an estimate and it was the same guy that came out before. The estimate was half as much as another locksmith we talked with so we went with them and it worked out well. He was quick and thorough. Good service.
