Free Talons Art

This place is awesome. It is a 10 minute walk from UofL. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They give cools stuff for free out all the time. There is much to do and the place is mostly well kept and maintenance is done. We are allowed to paint in the home and decorate. Pet friendly. There is a computer lab with a printer too! Students here are focused on education and it is an exceptional place to be.

Living at the Bellamy has been a satisfying experience. The apartments are good, the staff is courteous, and the maintenance team is efficient. It is reasonably priced for all the amenities and utilities that are being offered. I would specially like to mention two people, Elena, and the Leasing Manager, Rachel, both of whom are extremely nice and professional in their working. I have really liked it over here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

Shootouts daily. Staff who has no idea of their own policy and management who try to take advantage of tenants. In my experience maintenance has entered my apartment with no formal notice or knock on the door. Recently they tried to charge 2 months rent for a security deposit even though my lease said 0 for deposit. Then tried to say I couldn’t live there after I signed the lease. Not to mention management gets bought out every 3 or so months. Save yourself the time and money and live elsewhere Much nicer for about the same money

I recommend not moving here this place is very trashy my washer has been broken for over 3 months we been placed a maintenance request and no one has even came my washer over flowed in my apartment several of times prior to us moving in the floors and carpet was extremely dirty once asked to have them cleaned they claimed they didn’t have a carpet cleaner and now 6 months of me living here they are trying to all of a sudden charge for utilities with my rent already being 579 a month IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD this is place is honestly the worst place to live do not lease with them or send your child to lease with them because of the “cheap” price!!
