Sales without a doubt is exceptional from Management to the sales consultants and would definitely give them 5 stars. The only issue is service, in which from all other dealers we have been we have never been denied to get a loaner vehicle. The first time last year they did not have any loaners available which was ok at that time but now they told me that if we wanted a vehicle for us to rent it at our own cost.... From all the leased vehicles we have had this is the only place that has never provided a good service experience which is why im rating them with 3 stars.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Leo. We told him what we wanted as a monthly payment and he came back with an offer that was below our stated price. No hassling or haggling as in other car dealerships. Thank you Bert Ogden Infiniti.

Update: after speaking with the general manager, things have completely turned around. Not only did he spend over two hours listening to what I had to say, he sat there and figured out a way to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
