Very impressed by the staff and the way the facility was orchestrated. Nurses were very sweet, therapists had great topics that really helped me in groups. And the techs were always there. Special s/o to Maggie, Debra, Jonathan, Emma, and Linda. God forbid I have to return to inpatient, I’ll know this is a safe space with people who care to get me better

It was really boring mostly but not a bad place. I was in the adolescent unit. My biggest problem was that the staff never wore their masks properly for covid-19 precautions. But I think it is one of the better mental hospitals you can go to in Arkansas.

The staff steals the patients clothing. When my daughter got upset about them stealing her coat, they went upon her medication.

Turned away because I was not insured. However, staff was friendly and offered a few mints and recommendations. Security was top notch with cameras at all points. Privacy seemed a high priority.. Location was nice and off the beaten path.

I went there. The place has their ups and its downs they could help but to be honest it's not the therapy people who really help. I mean they try but it's mostly the girls and boys you meet that are your therapy there just like you in ways and it's nice to relate to someone other than the person you see in the mirror when you wake up.I would go there again its nice some of the staff are rude but there mostly nice then again everyone has their bad days . I am not really that messed up about them if you cooperate with them you will get out way more soon than you believe .Just keep you heads up guys I hope everyone finds there self when they go or leave that place.
