Working with LIz, Bill and their caregivers was a great help. Both caregivers were very experienced, showed up reliably and on time. The team was very flexible with changes we needed to make to the schedule and worked to make sure our needs were covered. I highly recommend them.

Finding dependable and trustworthy care-giving services is hard, because you are placing your family in the care of someone else. Our initial needs began with transportation services for our brother on dialysis. If for any reason an aide was not available, Bill or Liz would provide the transport ensuring our brother made it to his treatment. Our needs have now progressed into 24/7 in-home care. Even with this higher level of needed care, there is no gap in the coverage. Bill himself has stepped in and become the caregiver when necessary. Liz and Bill Sands have been amazing in helping us during these difficult times. They have been very accommodating, sometimes on short notice. But their greatest service is their reliability and compassionate care given our brother during his final days. It would have been much more challenging to get through these last few months without the help and support they provide. A heartfelt thank you to all.

We had them 24/7 and my mother was never without attention or assistance. They were professional and became a personal friend to my mother and our family.
