Never realized that johnston had a eyecare that really cared for their patients. The staff was very friendly and willing to help and go over and beyond. Whatever the company is doing, they need to continue. Love to come back and refer friends and family! Thank you again Johnston EyeCare!

I tried to schedule an appointment online with their website. I received no reply. I see why there are so many bad reviews of this place. Terrible customer service.
Recently had a great appointment for me AND my 81-year-old mom. Friendly, thorough, and efficient. Everyone in our family loves Dr. Jay and the whole team. They are always there when we need them. They care about our total eye health!
Worst experience. Front Desk has no customer care skills. They treat you as least important even if your insurance is going to pay them the charges. I got these hints from many of my friends but i didn't listen and want to give a shot. I found they are right too. I don't suggest any one to visit this place and especially front desk. They think themselves as doctors and you cant even talk to the doctor if you need him.
Terrible customer service. Glasses are overpriced. Go with zennioptical or coastal contacts to avoid getting scammed by these crooks.
