This location is absolutely customer service focused. Everyone there was amazing. Tika, who manages the front desk, provided great information in regards to my insurance. I would recommend this office to everyone!

The front desk lady is nice but other than that this place is awful. Contacts and glasses are too expensive. Might as well take your prescription elsewhere once you get it because this place is terribly priced. Dr. Shewring is not good at all. Does not care about her patients. If you are going to come here, I recommend going to the other doctor. You’re going to wait months for glasses to come in anyways through them. Honestly save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Refused to fill my 10 year old autistic daughter's script covered by Caresource claiming they wouldn't be reimbursed... despite Caresource giving me their number and location to have it filled. This place deserves to fail spectacularly for their greed and lack of care for my childs success as we've been trying to get her seen by anyone for over a year now and finally were able to by a place that doesn't have covered specs... this is unacceptable behavior from people who are supposed to be serving us, so we can better serve ourselves, but instead they choose to cower and lock themselves behind closed doors when we need them the most. Or better still turn away patients in need because they won't be getting the full paycheck. Shame on our overpriced, uncaring healthcare systems. Shame on you Polaris Eye Care.

Great experience! Had to switch from my original eye doctor because of insurance and they made the transition simple and seemless. Very nice and professional and answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask my questions. Definitely would recommend.
