The people at Shanklin are the nicest and most professional people. They replaced a water heater that was under warranty for us. We got no hassle and a clear explanation of the problem and the turn around time was very quick.The appointment scheduler was so pleasant and helpful. We were also pleased and impressed with the service and installation techs. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to wear booties (and masks), put down cloth tarps to protect the floor and and our home was left clean and pristine. Our sincere thanks! We will use them again, without a doubt.

Our furnace went out when it was bitter cold outside and Dale came by the same day to fix it. He arrived at the earliest time frame provided and ended up just being a small maintenance issue that he resolved very quickly. I would definitely ask for him again. I was also very impressed with how friendly the entire staff seems!

George came out within hours of our heat going out, looked things over, explained the situation, and gave us an estimate on the work, offered to bring out space heaters to keep us warm till they could get out which was just 2 days later. Nate, Jon, Josh & Ricky came out to replace my furnace and put in new air conditioning unit & duct work. They all were very professional, worked quickly together, great workmanship, explained everything before they left. This is a great company! I have used them for last 20 years, would highly recommend!
