I can’t say enough about these guys. Thoroughly professional, caring and supportive. My hearing aids changed my life. I can now understand lyrics on my car’s sound system and dialogue on television and on telephone calls. Before, it had devolved into gibberish. When you go, make sure you ask for Darwin!

Pam and her assistant Michelle are great! They really listen and will spend the time to make sure you are fitted with the best hearing aids for your particular hearing loss. I felt really cared for during what can be an often difficult and trying adjustment period as you learn to adapt to your hearing aids. This was the very best experience I've had with an audiologist or hearing aid dispencer.

Over a month ago I upgraded my hearing aids through Spencer Audiology, and it has improved my quality of life significantly. The level of service in comparison to my first hearing aids was also an upgrade. As a Doctor of Audiology, Chris is a very practical, down-home type professional, ready to answer every question and patiently go the extra mile. Twice she spent an extra 20-30 minutes on call with a tech specialist to get my hearing aids re-programmed to suit my specific needs, the second time to fix a bluetooth streaming distortion in my right ear, which I didn't even know was possible. I hadn't known how much tension this would relieve in daily life meeting with people, as well not having my wife go hoarse repeating herself. It is well worth the investment; I highly recommend Spencer Audiology.
