We have lived here for nine years and love our apartment home. Staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. With regard to the recent snow storm, kudos to the maintenance staff who worked throughout the storm to keep the roads and walkways clear.

Brittany Ebb was an amazing leasing consultant. She ensured my boyfriend and I would love our apartment. She worked with us to ensure we would have the layout we were looking for. I’m very happy with the unit that was chosen for us. It was everything we had hoped. I’m glad I was able to pick Cambridge courts apartments for my first apartment!

My name is Charles King and this community is nice and is an excellent location for my son's school. My son's bus stop is located within the complex in a safe destination. The staff at the office has always provided me with excellent customer service. Shot out to Ms. Doris.

I have been a resident at the apartments at Cambridge court for only one year. My first experience coming into the office with Ms. Brittany Ebb was amazing!!! She was very attentive to my wants and needs with regards to a place of residence. She was very confident and professional in helping me which is why I decided on being a resident there. However, the downfall of being a resident at the complex was having to deal with the property manager, Ms. Colleen Morgan. She is very rude to say the least. I had an issue with Turning in my money order and when I went to the office so that payment would be submitted on time, she said I’m sorry I cannot accept that because we just received notice today(that same day) that we are no longer to accept in office payments. I said if it’s not submitted today will I be penalized because if I have to mail it the payment may not make it in time to be processed and may incur a late fee or negative feedback with my rental history. She proceeded to say well we can’t accept it any longer in office. I explained again how it wouldn’t be a good look for it to be received possibly late. She stated that if that does happen then she can waive the fee. Needless to say the payment was received late and I noticed the fee was on my rental account. It has been over a month and that issue has still not been addressed. If i had to do the review based on my experience with Ma. Colleen Morgan, I would have given the minimum required, ONE star. Thanks to Ms. Brittany Ebb that I still gave FIVE stars.

This property is TERRIBLE. I moved in at the end of August and loved it. Soon after I began to see ants and mice. These apartments are infested with mice. I have been placed on an extermination list for the past 5 months and there seems to be no solution and they will not allow you to break the lease. Mentally I can not deal. Office staff will not do anything but continue to put me on the list. In addition, electricity bills are extremely high. Don’t waste your time.
