This place must have a good section for good insurance and another section for the Medicare patients. That’s the only possible explanation for the wide discrepancy in ratings aside from fake ratings. My father stayed in this place for a month and while his rash did clear up he was getting bruises everyday. They would say he fell again and again. The place smelled like pee. The nurses spent more time arguing with each other than taking care of patients. My father had late stage dementia and even he kept saying “get me outta here”. Sorry but if you are going to put a loved one there you should inspect the ward they are going to before they get there. I would put my worst enemy in the section my dad stayed in.

The staff are incredibly caring about the residents. The nurses are great. I am grateful for the care my aunt has received here.
The absolute worst place to have your family in. The staff are mostly taking advantage of the sick and neglect the need they have. Personally I have an attorney looking to sue for the damages my loved one is enduring while there,trying to relocate her now.
