This is one of the most poorly managed apartment complex. They are slow to fix issues, and have a carefree mentality about their residents. There are rats, roaches, mold, that have been reported to the leasing office and nothing has been done to address the issue. My friend has been living there for the past 3 years and her life has been a living hell dealing with them. They also send the lease way in advance as a means to trap people knowing well they will increase the rent regardless. The mold in the apartment is so bad, it has started to move from the walls, to the furnitures as well as the food inside the house. The best option at the moment is to move away and break the lease or get a lawyer and publish the photos to the media for their reluctance in tackling the problem.

Moved into my apartment two weeks ago. I loved the place. So well organized; the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and dining hall. Very spacious and comfortable

I love the staff at the hub! They are always so helpful especially Ms Betsy and Ms Emily. Everyone is so friendly and always eager to help in any way and they have fun resident events!

Update- They’re trying to fine people for trash, but for some reason the crew leaves their own trash around daily. It be there for days even weeks at a time. I’ve lived here about 3 years not many problems besides maintenance taking awhile to answer. I’ve let a lot go especially since the fire burned a building down. Now it’s getting ridiculous, this year I guess new management is trying to fix a lot and it’s to much to handle as well as going about it the wrong way. There issues depend on what side you stay on and the front office is still a little rude and definitely off putting. Yeah for some reason trash is an issue when it’s not them making it and leaving by your door. I let it go cause they are fixing across way, but they wanted to fine me for leaving something in trash can that no one was ever told not to use. I wanted proof of this so called incident, I was told about leaving dog droppings but I was told of the incident later verbally. I fixed the issue but this fine came later and they used that as excuse which still is bad cause really no proof. They finally told me they found a letter from the mail within the trash. I guess they realized it was ridiculous to fine someone for that. Instead they raised the issue of the dog not being in my lease. The story sounds hypocritical, yet there’s people here who leaves the poop of a Great Dane and a guy with an aggressive pit, so I’m still very frustrated by this happening. On top of me not getting my maintenance requests done. It’s been about a year, so I just let it go and the other one I got a complete request email for a job never done.
