Discussed a deal on a new lease 2 weeks ago with sales person and his manager. I agreed to wait the 8 weeks for the car i wanted and was told i can cancel at anytime and would receive my deposit back if i ever change my mind. I’ve been trying to cancel the deal for about a week now and left 6 messages for sales person or manager to call me back. No response or refund yet. I am always told that salesperson is out on the road or will have a manager contact me. They were very quick to take my deposit but went M.I.A when i needed my money back. ......still waiting.

Was not impressed with my first visit. Made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early and received zero attention even after waiting for 20 additional minutes. Ok. I will take my business somewhere else. Thanks Definitely saw significant improvement in customer care with my second visit. Was greeted and got all my questions answered. Dimitro provided an outstanding service. Thanks. Prices and deals on new cars are better if you do not mind traveling 200 miles. That is what we ended up doing - saved a few thousand bucks, while exploring neighboring state.

My experience in this Toyota was amazing. My sales person Kenneth was a very professional, well spoken and did everything he could to benefit you and your comfort. He offers you as many option as possible and is a very understanding person when it comes to financial hardship. Ken works fast try to make sure everything in in order and make sure that you know exactly what you getting and even explain the process what you receive and etc. I also want to thank William the financial person he also helps out and give the best option when comes to financial part and give you options to benefit you. I recommend this Toyota to anyone and make sure you talk to Kenneth. He will do his best as well as the manager he talks to get you the best deal possible that will suit you and your comfort. I gave this 5 stars because my exp was amazing. Again thanks guys and i will take care of this Night Shade 21 Camry in Super White. wait till ya see what i do to this beauty.
