Have been living here for about a year now! Great apartments in a great area! The property manager is amazing. She is quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. Enjoying my brand new apartment..love it!

Apartment manager Ms. Katie Evans is excellent person. Extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and satisfied. Went to office this evening regarding rent related stuff and was answered friendly and politely. Other staff members including Karen are also very helpful. Thank you for your great service.

Gilliam place apartment is one of a kind. The administration staff here is excellent and I have never met a more professional group of people. They had everything to do with my decision in moving into this community. There may be many places to live in Arlington county, but there is only one gilliam place complex that feels like home.The staff are so sweet and helpful. It's a stellar choice as a place to live. Safe and clean environment.
