My first ever review and I’m sad to say this is the worst Tractor supply location. This is our local store now, and every time we go and ask questions we get the run around. Store manager and employees are very rude. It’s not nice to make customers feel like we’re a bother when we ask a questions or for assistance. Today, we call to check to see if an item is in stock before making the drive and we’re put on hold for over 10 minutes both times. Last time we got curbside delivery they didn’t have it ready so we waited which was fine but turns out they didn’t even have the said item in stock. This location definitely needs better management.

Almost all of the customers were wearing masks. However, there was only one employee that I saw wearing a mask who was Alex. A young man who was very polite, knowledgeable and quick to answer my question. He alone is to be commended for following safety protocols and procedures. The other employee merely stated it was not mandatory. During this time of uncertainty there are many stores requiring employees wear masks. I patronize those stores as I feel a bit more comfortable in looking for certain supplies. I will not be doing business here and will be ordering on line for the products I need that cannot be found at other hardware stores. Border Town still requires masks - no mask no service. They had what I needed. Thank you.

My favorite home improvement store. This Home Depot always has everything I need and the selection and customer service are second to none. The manager Arturo has gone out of his way to make sure me and my family are taken care of several times and as such, we will be long term loyal customers.

I really like this place. It's my preferred spot for woodworking supplies. Good prices and good products. However, I had to knock off some stars from a recent online pickup purchase. I ordered three pieces of lumber. Of the pieces I purchased, it showed that they had over 500 in stock. So I was confident I would receive pieces of reasonable quality. I'm not expecting much more than a glance at the pieces I'm receiving for heavy damage. I wouldn't mind and expected a chips, dents, etc. But one of the pieces I received was pretty heavily damaged at one end. With 500 pieces in stock, I'm a bit blown away they couldn't find one piece better than this. So I assume that they pedal some of their lower quality pieces to online purchases or they just don't pay attention to what they are selecting for online customers. Either way, this suggests their online purchasing is unreliable for lumber. Will still shop at this place, just offering a PSA for those, like myself, who thought that McCoy's would look out for their online purchases a little bit better than a big chain such as Lowe's would.

You can tell by their non verbal communication that they loved their job and helping people. It feels great receiving that kind of help and was very pleasant experience for me!! Thank you so much!!

This Home Depot has always had great customer service. I have bought most of my kitchen appliances, my floor tiles and always buy home needed items like bulbs, gardening and cleaning supplies here. I have also rented their equipment from their equipment rental department. Great customer services all around. Due to covid-19 spikes, they practice social distancing and sanitize their carts and self check out cash registers after every use. It would be great if hand sanitize was places at every entrance and exit doors. Great service how depot. Keep it up!

Gotta love home depot. Got a chisel and a new door knob. Good stuff. Plenty of employees around to help find stuff. Great options for the electronic front door keypad entry things. I come here for everything. Replaced my faucet... Patched the wall... Replaced a light switch...

It's probably one of my favorite big box stores it is a big Corporation but they do employee fairly friendly people it's easy to find what you want usually and what I like most of all is that they give a 10% discount for being a veteran. I will actually go there and pay a little more and get the 10% discount Home Depot is only active duty military gets the discount I call BS on that. They don't have the cheapest prices but if you shop you can get decent deals and they do have Craftsman tools so they're more Sears than Sears. I recommend it but Caveat Emptor that's Latin for let the buyer beware

Besides HEB, this is my favorite store! Really convenient to shop with there app, tells you availability and location in the store OR you can just order for curbside pickup. A lot of my home projects whether renovation or repair, start at Lowe’s. You can always find someone to answer questions.

I chose this lumber company because of the great reviews I got from some friends of mine. However, the recommendations proved to be false as I was meet with inconsistent customer service from the salesman. We have been working on this project for months and would try to communicate in order to get the necessary products, but he would blatantly leave me on read. In general, the customer service at this institution was selective and very underwhelming. If you are looking for consistency and unbiased quality customer service I would look else where.

Just about everything you could need there. Not long ago I had to get batteries for a medical device and they had them. Today just needed duct tape. Staff super helpful. Prices in some cases a little on the high side.

You can save TONS of money on items that are tripled in price at Lowes..They also sell tools for certain jobs. As well they have a repair shop and they stand behind their work. The staff is absolutely overwhelmingly helpful. They are always polite, smiling. You cant find this type of store with the quality and personality in theses times. This is a rare find.

Unfortunately the two base cabinets we ordered became unglued when they were getting them off the shelves. So the rest of the order didn't matter because they were just auxiliaries to the base cabinets. I'm Very grateful for all of the excellent people that contribute to the Lowes experience. This is my favorite hardware store. It has convenient hours and is near my home. But its best feature is the staff -- there is a lot of stuff crammed neatly into a small space, and they will help you find anything you need. Always friendly and willing to help. If I tell them what I want to accomplish, they suggest the right supplies to get it done. Their COVID protocols are excellent, too.

This is the oldest hardware store in Belle Glade founded in 1973. It's just a wonderful place and if you can't find it anywhere else, you will find it at Lake hardware. I asked them what their most proud of, and they told me that they were very happy to be serving the local farmers with all of their machinery part needs. So the next time you sit down with a loaf of bread to make that peanut butter and jelly sandwich, you can thank the people at Lake hardware. They supply the sugar farmers, and sugar is everywhere!

On Saturday they only have three registers manned, each line has at least 10 people waiting to pay. It's just as bad a Walmart. Thank you General Manager for having no regard for the customers time. You should be fired, shame on you, and you inability to proper staff your store during any hours, and I have been coming here religiously for years. Your sad, I hope you get COVID and are replaced by someone who cares about customers.

Lots of small specialty items but anything else is special order.. flooring, tile, backsplash etc. Waited 10 minutes for help in doors and left when no one came to help. This would be a good contractor's store but not a diy thing.

I normally love Home Depot...but today I waited for over an hour to have a board cut. And had to keep walking back up to the check out to ask for someone to cut the board. When they finally came he said he couldn't cut it because of safety reasons. I understand that, but when I bought the board I was told they could. So I waisted an hour and still didn't get it cut. I was a tad pied.

They have a variety of different reusable and recycled building materials, from Vintage to Modern with not just Outside or Structural items. But also, with a lot of Interior and inside decor to style up your house. We come up here from Federal Way, about 2 or 3 times a month or two as they away have something New or different that catches our eyes. I find it one of the best Reusable and Recycling building materials store's that we like to shop. Will add pics later, as we already left the store.

Pretty good selection of things for the home anything from interior to exterior. I’ve bought a lot of the plumbing stuff here without any trouble. The pricing is about the same as Home Depot without all the crowd. What I like about this place is that it doesn’t have a lot of frills which for me is a good thing and I can get in and out pretty quickly. They do have their little rushes but for the most part they are super organized and the store is clean.

Nice place to find a good deal. Many a things to find from windows doors cabinets flooring. Some priced good others not so. Something's are damaged so please look carefully but like I said there are hidden treasures to be found. So have a look around and find yourself astounded.

Old school style hardware store. Not typically where we go to get typical supplies. They have a very good selection of specialty tools. Additionally they offer tool repairs. I.e. if you have a tool that no longer works etc. bring it them for potential repair.

If you need help figuring out how to fix that problem, or the product necessary, the staff here will willingly assist you & if they don't have the solution, will suggest where or who can provide the solution. There's a negative review posted 4 years ago. Some people just like to complain. Based on my experiences over 30 years of shopping here, I think the person that wrote the review would be unhappy if someone gave him a million bucks, no strings attached.

I was shopping for a dryer on a budget and was tipped off by a friend that Home Depot had some great sales. The first employee I encountered near the clearance area was from the garden center but she was extremely nice and helped introduce us to a gentleman from the appliance department who got us setup with all the accessories we'll need, and even set us up with home delivery. It's nice to shop somewhere that you'll get the same friendly service no matter how much or how little you're spending.
