Maier was at my home in 2019 and tried to convinced me I needed to replace my furnace that I'd be lucky if it made it through the winter. Here we are 2021 and what do ya know, I'm not getting heat. So I call some places including Maier who all tried to convince me I would need a new furnace. I work in a similar kind of business, and while I may not be a professional I knew I didn't need a new furnace. The pilot lit, I was getting air flow.. Just no heat. The lady on the phone was pleasant and nice to speak with, however instanty they tried to tell me it would need replaced without assessing the situation currently. My parents would utilize them as well and they were terrible at keeping communication and returning calls or emails for service requests. Instead we called Johnsons Heating & Cooling, they come out and fixed my problem within an hour and for cheap!! Only a new part was needed. If you want to blow your money especially during these hard times, call Maier.

Super helpful. They didn't have the right part but untill we could get one they sold one that would work. Kinda pricey but when you have 0 heat in the winter... It's a huge help to pay more.

BEWARE Had a technician come down to fix air conditioner. Told me the compressor is making a noise. Told me it is about shot. Called Maier again told them it was not running correctly and wanted to charge me again. Had another technician come down from another outfit. The wire to compressor was NOT even hooked up. It was burned off. BEWARE
