I just moved into Stone Bridge on Sunday. I love it here! Top of my list was to meet the maintenance crew, the most important people here! I am so grateful to say that they responded quickly to my needs, fixed everything above my expectations, and were so friendly to boot! I can honestly say, that I am safe living here, knowing that if I need anything, it will be taken care of quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Thanks guys!! Couldn't be happier! I would also like to add how helpful, kind, caring & patient Michelle & Shawna in the office were in expediting my move from out of state, & they too have been whenever I have a question since I arrived. & hats off to Johnny who works so hard to keep this place clean! Not an easy task, being such a big development, but he really should be commended! I am truly very happy to be a resident at Stone Bridge! I wish it wasn’t a rental & that I could buy it!

Michelle, Dawn, and Dave are amazing. They are professional, pleasant, responsive, and care about their tenants' experience. The maintenance staff is excellent as well. The community is so pet friendly and filled with nice neighbors. I highly recommend Stone Bridge!!
We have lived here for almost a year and have really enjoyed this complex. Dave in maintenance is awesome! He is always so helpful. Residents are friendly. We love that it is kid friendly too!
I was a resident for just 1 year. The problem that I faced was after my move out where they charged me 65% of my initial deposit (1 month rent). I had concerns with 1 item - Carpet repair. When I got back to lease office for clarification, the answer was not clear. Once they mentioned, it is Carpet repair worth 600 and the other time they started saying it is Carpet replacement. And the response was very bad. I had to literally call 5-6 times to get answers. Actually, the Carpet was in good condition without any issues but still I was charged and they did not have any pictures of the carpet damage to prove it. But they had the pictures of all other items listed in the move out statement. Strange!! I should have insisted to get the move-out inspection to be done in my presence after vacating. Due to Covid, I was suggested to vacate and they will do the inspection and inform me on the charges. So , to all those vacating, kindly make sure you get move-out inspection in your presence to avoid such charges which cannot be debated after you vacate. When I questioned, I was just told the maintenance team had mentioned this amount for the Carpet replacement and that is it. Otherwise, the community is well maintained.
I have lived here just about 5 years now and have had no real complaints. Dawn, Dave, Dino, Milan, and Matt play such a huge role in making this place a community that I am proud to call it my home. The grounds are kept orderly, maintenance requests are filled timely, and the leasing office is there to answer any questions I have. Prior to COVID, and somewhat during the pandemic, the community would throw events and engage with the residents. I truly recommend this community to live at.
