University Village at Clemson is a great place to live in. Right from the day I moved in I haven't faced any issues. Roommate matching was awesome. The apartments are well furnished with bed, study table, and more with an in-house washer/dryer and great heat insulation. Also they have study rooms, computer labs, swimming pools, and a gym. It is very lively staying here. Neighbors are so good. It's so quiet at night. Hats off to their maintenance team for filling in the request fast. Staffs are very friendly and caring. It takes around 10 minutes to reach the University and a minute away from the bus stop(red route). They organize many events even during this tough situation. Prices are way too better than anywhere else in Clemson. I always wanted a private washroom and that's the main reason I chose University Village. I am very happy with my decision and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and juniors. I am really excited to live here more than anywhere else!

Low cost with so many amenities. I love living here. My only complaint is that maintenance sometimes takes a couple days to complete requests, but it’s understandable as it’s a large community. Close to campus and pretty much everything else you could ask for. Love living at UV.

I love UV!! unbeatable price for a standard living. I live in a 3x3 unit and the Roomate matching has been quite good so far. My room can fit an 88 keys piano, for which I am so glad. The complex is well organized and they offer coffee bar and event every now and then, which is a plus. I hope they can do this more often so I can enjoy a cup of hot cacao every day ️

Overall this is a great place to live! When I needed to transfer into a different unit they handled it professionally and quickly. The rent is the best in Clemson and the utilities are included! Every time I have needed Maintenance they’ve come on time and fix the issue. The amenities are very nice as well and they have made the gym operational even during covid! (With maximum safety guidelines which is greatly appreciated!) I’m glad I got to live here!!

I have been living here for almost a year and a half (august 2019) and I love it! Maintenance is prompt, heating/ac work well, and I feel generally safe here. Staff is super nice and always helpful. Amenities are awesome! I would (and do) recommend to everyone looking for off campus living!
