Do your homework before you send family member here. Currently not allowed out of pur room. We have a Male physician assistant who was Covid earlier this year,he then had the nerve to check on me monday am with his mask hanging on one ear, no facial guard on. Really??? As you can see from all the responses that are generic. If you call,you cant get through past the gate keepers. John the Admiistrator is a joke per employees.

My wife is in Alderwood Manor and they are all doing a fantastic job of taking care of her for me. The food is good, the place is clean and the staff is wonderful and caring. I am impressed with the attitudes of everyone I have met so far. I know how difficult their jobs are; I was doing it all myself for the past five years (since her stroke). I am grateful that Alderwood is taking over from here. I couldn't ask for a better outfit.

really sad when patient passes away an items in her rm are not found only her clothes.PL emergency trip back to hospital n rm had her Christmas decorations we got for her to cheer her through the holidays. n also her new walker. Will never recommend Alderwood not the cleanest. very disappointed. suggestion manager of place should meet with staff & research these kind of issues.

My grandmother went in after her hip replacement and the staff and care team were awesome. The therapy sessions helped her a lot and the nurses and head staff always greeted and communicated with me whenever I went in to visit her. I would highly recommend Alderwood Manor nursing home to any families in need of care
