I couldn’t say enough nice things about The Westchester House! Both of my parents came here after a bad experience in a different facility. The staff was so nice and friendly. They took great care of both of them and their covid protocols are top notch to protect our loved ones! They went out of their way to accommodate visits and Skype. I highly recommend TWH!

The westchester house has great and patient staff. The therapy and nursing help the patients achieve their goals and their needs. The rooms are clean and spacious. This was great for rehab.

I've worked with the clinical and leadership teams at the community for the last 3 years while serving residents. They showcase compassion for residents, families and staff. We'll continue to partner with them around the continuum of care for residents and their families.

I have a family member who is a patient at The Westchester House. The staff is friendly and professional. I am pleased that the place does not smell like a LTC Facility. I appreciate the care and updates that are being provided by the staff. High praise for the Admin staff's hard work in protecting everyone during the COVID situation!

If I could give a zero star, I would. Some of the staff are an embarrassment to the health profession. I removed my mother after 4 days. I moved her to another facility. Please believe me! This place should not be open. Examples: The techs arguing in the hall and patients room in front of me, using a bed pad on my mother from an isolation room, not answering the telephone (I let the phone ring for 20 minutes then hung up), the smell was horrible, and loud music heard from the foyer entrance (the employees playing music while working). This place terrified and terifies me. Be sure to do your homework before sending a loved one to this facility. Follow up; I will not be calling to discuss further. I have reported my concerns to the state.
