Best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Maintenance is taken care of quickly, the admin staff will do whatever they can to help you, and the grounds are always clean. I was so sad to move!
My girlfriend loves here, and has since summer of 2013. Maintenance seems to be decent, since they are all employed by Furman University. They have really cleared out some of the most offensive trees, especially good for people who have significant allergies to things like pollen and mold. Not sure about the rent, but is probably higher than those comparably due to the fact that the complex is only about a mile or two away at the most.
My girlfriend lives here and it is safe , well lighted, clean and you see Furman police driving through alot, which I like
