If you have to choose a nice rehab facility for your family I recommend Norridge gardens. This place is awesome. The nurses are very helpful, they took vary good care of my grandmother. Karina and Molly at the business office were the best, Any questions or concerns I had, they always had an answer or would figure out. Molly was so friendly and kind, both of these young ladies were. the gym is big and therapist were awesome. My grandmother was very satisfied with Norridge gardens!

This place is a horrible my mother was there nurses are very rude would leave my mother soiled for about two hours they were ignore the call light if you care about your love ones do not send them to this place I had one care coordinator call me and tell me that my mom’s bed sores were all healed my mom came out with a huge bed sores on her rear end She informed me that they never reposition her in the bed this is why she came out with so many huge bedsores terrible care they don’t care about their patients they only care about making money off of their patients

I took my mom to Norridge Gardens after she had a cardiac procedure. I was nervous at first because she had never been to a rehabilitation facility. immediately, the staff put me at ease. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and they were very responsive to me and my sister. They took the time to answer all my questions and they called me to follow up with me regarding other requests in a timely manner. It has a family feel with very caring staff and management. I am glad I found this place for my mom! She received great care and affection there and I am eternally grateful! I would recommend Norridge Gardens to everyone who needs rehabilitation care!!

My mother was here for Rehab and we were very satisfied with her stay. Of course we were nervous about putting her in a Nursing home but we were surprised when my mother has such close care. The ladies in the Business Office were so helpful when it came to figuring out my mothers finances, they helped us apply for Medicaid to cover her stay and they made everything so easy and the Social Services set us up with a Home Health Agency that came home with us to take care of my mom. This place definitely deserves 5 stars, especially the Business Office and the Social Workers!
