Electric bills are crazy high. For two people it is over 300 in the winter even if we’re gonna for 3 to 5 days at a time. The walls are very thin so you hear every little thing. I have mentioned loud music and noise and though I was told they would look into it, it is still a problem. Rent is pretty steep when you can get an entire apartment for 700-900 with no roommate instead of a room for 500-800... I won’t be resigning my lease. The latest incident I had with them had to do with trash that was put in the laundry room (I did not put it there and would never, the hopper is not far) they did not ask questions they just accused and threatened me with fees saying I had to clean it up by morning since my name was on a piece of mail (the trash can everyone in my apartment uses!!!!) they said nothing to my roommate, instead they went straight to accusing me instead of addressing everyone in my apartment not just me. I had been gone since the water heater wasn’t working (we were not told we only found out when we questioned why our water hasn’t been warm for a few days) and went home to my parents, and would not be back by the time they wanted me to clean up a mess I did not make. The only reason I put two stars is that I have had decent interactions with office staff when I pick up my packages.

My daughter currently lives here. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing answer all of my questions. My daughter has never had any safety issues, which was my biggest concern. The monthly rent is inexpensive and is a cheaper alternative to Indiana University South Bend's housing. They seem like they genuinely care about the students that attend there. It's refreshing to see how much they do for the students that live there, for example their social media is so fun with their give-aways.

I have not moved in yet, but have had nothing but a pleasant experience. All of my questions have been answered by the staff. They are all very nice and understanding. Everything is made easy by being available to sign online. I receive emails that keep me updated and informed. This by far has already beat where I previously lived.

everyone who works in the office is very polite. convenient place to live especially if you go to school at IUSB. Could use some improvement in areas like the laundry room but overall not too bad. a little expensive for not having extras like your own washer and dryer/ a pool but living just a walk across the street to class helps.

No issues so far after 4 months. Very affordable compared to the other options in SB area. No problems w/neighbors but we live on the top floor at the end so only have one next door. Main thing to keep in mind is that you get what you pay for, these aren’t luxury villas but they’re not supposed to be. Every unit is different and some are a little nicer or more refurbished than others. Mine could probably use a paint jobnew carpet. I only stay here a few days/week so I’m content with everything. The elevator makes some weird noises sometimes but I enjoy the sense of danger. I wish they offered fiberoptic internet or something a little more high speed (some of us would be willing to pay extra for the luxury) and my room layout is a little odd. We’re in December and my utilities haven’t been supes high like some reviews stated.

The new community room is really nice. It is open all day long and is really quiet. The girls that work in the office are really nice and friendly and always send reminders when needed. My only complaint would be about the constant vandalism that occurs in the buildings. People who live here constantly write on the walls which is very annoying. As soon as the walls are cleaned, they are written on immediately.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The only problem I had with this location was getting a parking pass but other then that this place is great!
