I renewed at the standard again after living here last year. It is in a great location and is in walking distance to campus. The parking garage is gated and has assigned spots which I love. The amenities are also nice and kept clean which is especially necessary during the pandemic. The gym is my favorite amenity as it is two stories with a good amount of equipment for everyone. While rent/parking is sort of on the pricey side compared to other apartments in cstat, the quality living experience definitely reflects its price in a fair way which makes it totally worth it in my opinion. 10/10 recommend!!

Overall the apartment complex is a good place to live since you are so close to campus. It is pretty quiet living here, but the weekends can sometimes have some neighbors playing music, which isn't bad. Only complaint I have is the parking garage is a pain, people continuously Tokyo drift around the corners and it normally always has trash in it. Don't be surprised if you see broken doors or missing exits signs, it's a feature of the apartment.
The amenities are all super cool and easy to access. Rooftop pool was beautiful. They made signing the lease as easy as possible !
It is nice being close to Northgate, but be ready to pay more compared to other places. However, the staff are very willing to meet our needs. They got our carpets cleaned for free when we complained of stains/pet hair/fleas from previous tenants, and they have made improvements around the building after resident complaints. It is easy to get mail as well. However, the front desk staff are rarely wearing their masks, and the parking garage can be a pain since there are tons of levels. However, there is plenty of parking as a result.
